Radic8 is dedicated to the innovation and production of air purifier with antiviral technology. The products of Radic8 have already been used worldwide in medical sectors, factories, offices etc. It had also proven to be extremely effective during the 2012 MERS outbreak in South Korea. Unlike the traditional HEPA filters, Radic8 uses the world’s most advanced photocatalytic oxidation reactor chamber to destroy the nanoparticles. The results show an impressive 99.9999% kill rate including coronavirus on a single air pass.

UK-Medu has long established collaboration with Radic8. Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, both parties agreed to donate all 18 Viruskiller™ products from the Radic8 inventory worth around RMB 200,000 to assist Wuhan City in their fight with the virus. The products will be sent to Wuhan Tongji Hospital and Central Hospital of Wuhan which are both dedicated to combat the virus, with the help and support of the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Manchester.
